I serve as Client Strategist in the Banana Republic team and leverage the latest trends and data-driven insights to design top-tier media recommendations. Since mid-2021, I have contributed to the rebranding of the line by selecting partners that elevate the name of the brand and by customizing the media mix to convert the target personas to loyal customers.

 

I have also delivered hindsight presentations of cross-channel campaign performance and ensured full-funnel alignment with the client’s business and marketing goals.
 

Aligning search and programmatic with brand media has led the team to align across the full funnel with the client’s short- and long-term goals.

I have also produced action plans after identifying key business challenges and areas of opportunity shown in the client’s net promoter score.

INFLUENCERS' THOUGHTS

I partnered with the Texas Restaurant Association (TRA) in December 2020 to support the struggling restaurant industry from the ongoing pandemic and recurrent closures. The objective was to boost consumer confidence in the safety of dining out through local foodie influencers by featuring the biosafety measures restaurants have executed to provide the best possible experience. 

 

I aimed for the “The Feeding You Feeds Us” campaign to focus on how restaurant owners and employees rely on their customers every day. Austin-based La Fonda San Miguel, San Antonio-based Aldaco’s, and Houston-based Kiran’s hosted the six local Texas micro-influencers at the week-long event. The campaign successfully reached 250,000+ users and created 400,000+ impressions on Instagram and TikTok. I selected key opinion leaders who understand the situation of local Texas restaurants and who genuinely care to help. 

 

Overall, the campaign cost less than $3,000 and resulted in massive reach and engagement for the participating restaurants and influencers with 22,000 likes and 2,000 comments across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The social videos and pictures emphasized how the staff continuously wore masks, tables were more than six feet apart, and non-touch QR code menus were available. 

After the successful campaign, I am looking forward to partnering with other local businesses that lack the budget and marketing know-how of large enterprise brands.

GROWTH HACKING & MARKETING STRATEGY

TULI TECHNOLOGIES

I conducted market analysis on social commerce and state of the industry reports and identifying city-based product-market fit. My findings guided the new business development team to advance strategic partnerships in settings with the most fitting demographics.

 

I designed and coordinated influencer marketing campaigns and increased restaurant sales, brand awareness, reach, and engagement. Rigorously selecting and adding merchants across retail, fashion, beauty, health, and fitness that aligned with the Tuli brand drove the increase of user acquisition in the US.

I explored, created, and presented potential business partnerships between Mastercard and Alphabet Inc.’s 15 subsidiary companies. From Cityblock's alternative better-for-you healthcare system to Waymo's driverless automotive innovations, I supported the Digital Partnerships team to advance new business across industries. 

I conducted market and industry research across energy, healthcare, real estate, and telecom merchants and identified payment service providers that resolve the needs of new FinTech products.

WRITING & RESEARCH

I served as Policy Associate and wrote in-depth stories analyzing the legislative developments on the U.S. criminal justice system. My role allowed me to pitch new ideas about property rights and further write and publish blog posts and opinion editorials to examine their global impact in the public and private sectors.
